Cadence GLP-1 Coach collects and processes only the information needed to provide account, sync, logging, coaching, and visit-prep features.

Information You Provide

• Account identifiers from Sign in with Apple, such as Apple user ID and, when shared by Apple, email address and name.
• Wellness and app-entered data such as goals, medication routine fields, meals, hydration, symptoms, movement, notes, questions, and visit-prep content.
• Push notification tokens when you enable notifications.
• App Store subscription status and signed transaction proof when you use Cadence Plus connected features.

HealthKit

Cadence may request read access to selected HealthKit data to display context in the app. Cadence does not sell HealthKit data, use it for advertising, or write Health data in this version.

AI Features

When you use coach, extraction, insight, or research features, relevant app-entered content may be sent to backend services and AI providers to generate the requested response.

How Data Is Used

• To authenticate your account and sync your app data.
• To provide logs, insights, coaching responses, notifications, and visit-prep summaries.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, debug failures, and operate the service.

Medical Boundary

Cadence is not a medical device or provider. It does not diagnose, prescribe, change medication dosing, source medication, or replace clinician judgment.

Your Choices

You can choose what to log, whether to enable HealthKit, whether to enable notifications, whether to subscribe to Cadence Plus, and whether to use AI-assisted features.

Organic Growth Events

Cadence may record privacy-safe product events such as opening the share sheet, viewing the Cadence Plus screen, generating a provider PDF, or requesting the system App Store rating prompt. These events include app and device context but not the content of your care logs, provider packet, or shared message.
