A ready-to-share introduction
Useful before a subscription.
Cadence is a free iPhone app for people following a clinician-prescribed GLP-1 plan. Record doses and symptoms, save questions, and prepare a patient-generated visit summary. Manual logs, local Insights, Visit Prep, and the provider PDF stay free. Cadence does not recommend medication or dose changes.Get Cadence free on the App Store

Show the workflow in 20 seconds.
- Start with the question: “What did I want to bring up at my next appointment?”
- Show a sample dose entry, a symptom observation, and a saved visit question.
- Open Visit Prep, review the summary, and show the provider PDF option.
- End with: “Track during the week. Review before you share. Core tools are free.”
Use clearly labeled sample data. Keep health records and notifications out of public recordings. A demonstration should not imply that Cadence diagnoses a condition, judges prescription eligibility, or replaces clinical care.
What a recommendation does—and does not—mean.
Cadence is an organizational tool for someone already following a prescribed plan. Sharing it is not an endorsement by a clinic or clinician, and Cadence has no clinical certification claim.
The person using Cadence chooses what to record and whether to share a summary. Do not ask them to post health records publicly to use a resource or take part in a campaign.
Cadence does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend dose changes, provide emergency guidance, or replace a licensed healthcare professional.
